WHAT IS THE COST OF THE EVENT?

FREE!!! Due to COVID - 19 and travel restrictions, we've decided to make this a free event.  We want everyone to have the opportunity to come worship with us these nights. 

IF THE EVENT IS FREE, WHY DO I HAVE TO REGISTER?

I REGISTERED ONLINE, WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

First of all, thanks for registering! At checkout you will receive the option of getting a physical ticket through the mail, an e-ticket that can be printed, or a mobile ticket that can be accessed from your phone. You will receive an email confirmation after registration. Bring your ticket to the first session, and you will receive a wrist band for the remainder of the conference.  

 

DOES REGISTRATION COVER THE ENTIRE CONFERENCE?

Yes, registration covers all sessions of the conference.

DO I NEED TO WEAR A FACE COVERING THE ENTIRE TIME? 

No, you will be able to take off the mask once you are seated. Otherwise, we ask that you wear one and ensure social distancing when entering and exiting the building, going to the bathroom, etc.

 

There will be tape and arrows on the floors to ensure social distancing.

 

We also ask that everyone refrain from hugs and handshakes at this time, so as to limit contact for everyone.

CAN I RESERVE SEATS FOR ME AND/OR MY GROUP?

Seating will be on a first come , first served basis for all attendees, including groups. When you walk into the arena, a Host Team member will escort you to a seat of your choosing. This is to ensure that there is enough distance between your party and other people in the church community. Again, once you are seated you may remove your mask.

 

WHEN SHOULD I PLAN TO ARRIVE?

Doors will open at 6:15 pm each night. All attendees will be emailed a detailed schedule of events prior to October 23rd.

 

WHAT'S THE PARKING SITUATION?

For our daytime sessions on Friday, metered parking is available on Washington and Central Ave. Trinity Church on Lark St. has a parking lot available for $5 a day.  Free parking in available in Washington Park and a few blocks away fromThe Washington Armory. We will email everyone a detailed list of Parking areas the week of the conference.

 

For evening sessions and all day Saturday, parking is available at the lot located at 208 Washington Ave., as well as any Park Albany Lot in downtown Albany.  

IS THE VENUE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Yes. Early entry will also be offered to attendees with disabilities. Simply pull up to the front entrance with your emergency flashers on, and someone from our Host Team will assist you.

WILL THERE BE SECURITY?

Yes. All bags will be checked upon entry at each session. Parking lot attendants will be available to escort you to your vehicle, if needed. Please allow extra time to go through the security line.

 

The following is not allowed in the venue: weapons, illegal substances, alcohol, tobacco/e-cigarettes, outside food/drink, and video cameras (cell phone cameras are allowed).
